Our Story

Vim 360 is managed by owner, Teresa McIlroy, RPT and Beth Cassody, PTA. Their combined experience, knowledge, and passion for sustainable health and wellness provides a platform for excellent care for the clients. They have recruited highly trained instructors providing safe and effective exercise and wellness guidance. The small class size allows individualized attention and access to high quality exercise equipment.

Vim 360 originated as Strength of Mind and Body in 2012 at the campus of Strength of Mind behavioral health clinic. Dr. Jeff McIlroy and Teresa McIlroy own the clinic and had a dream to incorporate exercise as a medicine and treatment for depression and anxiety along with Pilates, fitness and wellness services. They have developed a comprehensive program for depression including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), exercise and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the only one in the nation. Strength of Mind was growing so fast that the exercise studio needed to move out to give them room. As a result Strength of Mind and Body moved to the Berkshire Medical Complex just a couple of blocks down the road. Since then they now have moved to double the space. Along with the move they made the decision to change their name due to confusion because of the similarities in the names of the clinic and studio(Strength of Mind and Strength of Mind and Body).

Andrea Neil
Registered Yoga Teacher

Andrea Neil

Registered Yoga Teacher

Andrea spent over 20 years in corporate environments before turning to yoga as a way to alleviate stress and anxiety. After practicing regularly for about a year, she realized that the benefits of yoga reach far deeper than she had expected, and it changed almost every aspect of her life. She tends to over-think everything – being on the yoga mat is the best cure, and the best way to learn how to be present and enjoy the moment. She received her 200-hour RYT certification in 2016 from Everyone Yoga School in Tulsa. While comprehensive, this training is only the beginning of what’s sure to be a life-long journey of learning. Andrea primarily teaches Vinyasa Flow style yoga, concentrating on alignment and breath, but she also explore static poses and stretches, as a way to deepen one’s practice and receive the benefits that these styles offer. She originally from Southern California but have been in Oklahoma many years. When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, she is a writer or blogger, and can be found online at www.acneil.com.

“The gracefulness of pilates combined with the toughness of gym machinery.  Meet the pilates reformer. I have always wanted to learn the reformer and found that the instructors are both awesome & caring teachers.  Classes here are small (max of 6 people), so everyone always gets proper attention needed.  If you want to try a new workout routine, I strongly recommend the pilates reformer!!  It’s a fun way to work out for an hour.”

Irene Ting
