SELF-CARE & MINDFUL MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

Learn how to support your nervous system by using simple self-care techniques and mindful movement.

This four-part workshop will consist of

– 30 minute of educational instruction

– 60 minutes of gentle stretching and restorative poses.
